The Salsbury 4300 Series Mail Chest is a large, locking, all-aluminum curbside mailbox with front and rear access. Mail goes in through a non-locking front panel and you collect it through a locking door. It suits homes, schools, colleges, offices and military bases.

Mounts on a bolt mounted or in-ground Salsbury standard pedestal (sold separately). See the Installation tab for guides. Check with your local postmaster before installing.
Shipping and returns
- Ships direct from Salsbury Industries, usually within 1-3 business days. Tracking is emailed when it leaves.
- Returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused, not installed or modified, and in the original packaging. Request an RGA number before sending it back.
- The customer pays return shipping. Restocking fee: 20% for residential orders, 25% for commercial or bulk orders (5+ items).
- Report shipping damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery.
- Full policy: Shipping and returns.

Is it USPS approved?
Yes. It is built to USPS-STD-7B specifications and no master postal lock is required. Check with your local postmaster before installing.
How is it different from the roadside mailbox?

Does it come with a post?
No. It mounts on a Salsbury standard pedestal, sold separately.
