The plate was for a mailbox, I needed it for the front wall.
They stole a three mailbox combo on a 4x4 post that had a steel bracket grounded in cement. I replaced with Mailboss's Triple Mail Manager (locking). Everything needed for the new boxes were in the kit to install. I needed to chisel out the cement/bracket and installed the "In Ground Post".
All hardware lined up and bolted together (Solid).

Just installed new mail box - it rained and the mail inside is soaking wet. Why is this mailbox not waterproof? There are several things about he mailbox I'm happy with - but this is unacceptable.
