Whitehall Products repairs or replaces a Whitehall mailbox or post found to be defective in material or workmanship, at Whitehall's discretion. Coverage is for the original homeowner and needs proof of purchase plus a photo of the defect. It does not cover misuse, accidents, improper mounting, salt, chemicals, road debris, vandalism or extreme weather. See our warranty page.
