How Long will it take for me to receive my order?
After we receive your order we will process this within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. After your order has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirming the payment has been captured. At this point, your order will be forwarded to the manufacturer.
Since many items sold by us are customized, they are made to order. The lead time is stated as an estimated ship date range on the product page. (highlighted in red)
What does this mean for you? Your order will be shipped out within the approximate provided date range. If there are any changes to this we will update you via e-mail. Once your order has been shipped you will receive the carrier tracking number allowing you to see exactly when your package will be delivered.
What if my order comes from multiple brands?
If multiple brands are part of a single order they will be shipping at different times from different warehouses. We will always clearly state the delivery time for the items that take the longest to ensure you are aware of the longest delivery time.
For example, if you purchase a Mayne Post with a Whitehall Mailbox from us the delivery times will be as follows:
Mayne items generally ship within 3 business days
Whitehall items ship within 2-3 weeks if they have been customized to include your name and address
What is the average transit time?
Transit times vary greatly depending on your location. The best way to get an accurate transit time is through the carrier tracking number provided by us as soon as your order is shipped.
