The Salsbury Mail Package Drop is a large, all-aluminum locking mailbox that takes letters and packages in one secure box. Mail goes in through a front deposit panel and is retrieved through a locking door, so it suits homes, schools, offices and apartment buildings that get a lot of deliveries. The pedestal is sold separately.

Mount it on a bolt-mounted or in-ground Salsbury standard pedestal. See our installation guides. Check with your local postmaster before installing.
Shipping and returns
- Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and ship direct from the manufacturer. Tracking is emailed to you.
- Returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused, not assembled or installed, and in all original packaging. Request a return first to get an RGA number. You pay return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee applies (25% for commercial or bulk returns of 5 or more items).
- Report missing parts or damage within 48 hours of delivery. If your order arrives by LTL freight, check every box and note any damage on the bill of lading (BOL) before you sign.

Is the pedestal included?

Yes. It is built to USPS-STD-7B and does not need a master postal lock. Check with your local postmaster before installing.
How do I get my mail out?
Open the locking access door with your key. Each door comes with 2 keys, keyed alike.
What colors are available?
Silver, Black, White and Bronze. Green is currently unavailable.
Can I add my address?
Yes. Salsbury offers custom vinyl numbers and letters and custom engraved placards. Email us at customercare@mailboxempire.com.
