Installation

In-ground posts are set in the soil with concrete. Surface-mount posts bolt onto existing concrete. Shipping and returns

• Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and ship direct from the manufacturer. Tracking is emailed when it ships.
• Ships direct from Salsbury Industries. Ask us for the current lead time.
• Returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused, not assembled or installed, and in all original packaging. Request an RGA number first. You pay return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee for residential orders applies.
• Report damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. If it arrives by LTL freight, note any damage on the bill of lading before you sign.

Is it USPS approved?

Yes. The mailboxes are made to USPS-STD-7B specifications. Check with your local postmaster before installing.

Do the mailboxes lock?

Yes. Each mailbox has locking front and rear access doors, and each lock comes with 2 keys. The carrier drops mail through a non-locking front panel.

In-ground or surface mount?

Choose in-ground to set the post in soil with concrete. Choose surface mount to bolt the post onto existing concrete.

Can residents send outgoing mail?

Yes. Each mailbox has an outgoing mail tray and an adjustable red signal flag.

How long does it take to ship?
