Shipping and returns

• Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and ship direct from the manufacturer. Tracking is emailed when it ships.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with an RGA number. The lock must be unused and not installed, in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
• Report damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery.
