The Mail Boss Mail Manager Street Safe Latitude is a locking curbside mailbox with doors on both the front and the rear. You can collect mail and small packages from the yard side, away from street traffic. Two high-security locks and an anti-pry latch protect against mail theft.

Installation

The Latitude mounts on a post. Mail Boss in-ground and surface mount posts are sold separately. See our installation guides for the Mail Manager Street Safe Latitude (SKU 7536). Check with your local postmaster before installing.

Shipping and returns

• Free shipping by UPS Ground.
• Ships from Washington State, usually within 1 to 3 business days.
• Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and ship direct from the manufacturer. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
• Returns: request within 30 days of delivery and get an RGA number first. The mailbox must be unused, not installed, and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies, and you pay return shipping.

Warranty

Mail Boss limited lifetime warranty from Epoch Design. It covers manufacturing defects and failure of moving parts under normal use, for the original owner with proof of purchase, for residential use. It does not cover deliberate or accidental damage, misuse, finishes, rust or improper installation. See our warranty page.

Can I get my mail from the house side?

Yes. The Latitude has locking doors on the front and the rear, so you can collect mail and parcels away from street traffic.

Will small packages fit?

Yes. The baffle door accepts mail bundles and small packages, and the baffle helps stop people from fishing mail back out.

How many keys do I get?

It comes with 3 keys.

Does it come with a post?

No. It is the mailbox only. Mail Boss in-ground and surface mount posts are sold separately (links above). If you plan to use an existing wood post, email us at customercare@mailboxempire.com first so we can check the fit.

Is it USPS approved?

Yes, it is Postmaster General approved. Check with your local postmaster before installing.
