Installation

Drill into the concrete, bolt down the base plate, then attach the post and your mailbox. You need a hammer drill or a drill and masonry bit, a mounting bolt kit for your surface, and a level. USPS asks for the bottom of the mailbox to sit 41" to 45" above the road, with the front of the box 6" to 8" back from the curb. • Ships from Washington State, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping estimates.
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Request a return first to get an RGA number. The item must be unused, not assembled, installed or modified, and in all its original packaging.
• You pay return shipping. Restocking fee: 20% for residential orders, 25% for commercial or bulk returns (5 or more items).

Warranty

Mail Boss products carry a limited lifetime warranty from Epoch Design for the original owner. It covers manufacturing defects and failure of moving parts under normal residential use. Frequently asked questions

Should I choose the 27" or the 37" post?

Choose the length that puts your mailbox at the USPS height: the bottom of the mailbox 41" to 45" above the road. This package is meant for mounting on a sidewalk or curb that sits 4" to 8" above the road. If you are unsure, email us at customercare@mailboxempire.com with your curb height.

Will it fit my Mail Boss mailbox?

Yes. It is made for Mail Boss post-mounted mailboxes and Mail Boss spread bars.

What comes in the box?

The post, the base plate, 4 mounting bolts and instructions. They may arrive as two packages. The mailbox is sold separately.
