Installation
Install it the same way as your original Balmoral post, then refit your bracket, finial and mailbox. The Balmoral post package guide is on our installation guides page. Check with your local postmaster before installing.
Shipping and returns
- We process orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. It ships direct from the manufacturer, and we email tracking when it ships.
- Ships from Michigan, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping estimates.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Request a return first to get an RGA number. The item must be unused, not assembled, installed or modified, and in all its original packaging.
- You pay return shipping. Restocking fee: 20% for residential orders, 25% for commercial or bulk returns (5 or more items).
- Report damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery.

Warranty
Whitehall Products will repair or replace a Whitehall mailbox or post, at its discretion, if it is defective in material or workmanship. The warranty applies to the original homeowner and does not cover commercial use. Proof of purchase and a photo of the defect are required. See our warranty page.
