The Ecco E9 and E10 are commercial-grade locking wall mount mailboxes for homes and offices. Mail drops in through a covered slot and stays behind a locking door until you collect it. Pick the E9 (Small) or E10 (Large) in stainless steel or a painted finish.

Shipping and returns

- Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Your item ships direct from the manufacturer and we email tracking when it ships.
- Returns: request within 30 days of delivery and wait for an RGA number before sending it back. The item must be unused, not assembled or installed, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and a 20% restocking fee applies (25% for commercial or bulk returns of 5 or more items).

What is the difference between the E9 and E10?
Size. The E9 (Small) is 8.5 W x 13 H x 4 D in. with a 7 in. wide slot. The E10 (Large) is 11.5 W x 15 H x 5 D in. with a 10 in. wide slot.
Will it take packages?
The incoming slot is 1.5 in. high on both sizes, so it suits letters and flat mail, not parcels.
Can I leave it unlocked?
Yes. The spring-loaded latch keeps the door closed, and you can use it with or without locking.
How many keys come with it?
Two keys, plus mounting hardware.
Is it stainless steel?
The Satin 304 SS finish is 20-gauge 304 stainless steel. The painted finishes are galvanized steel with polyester-base epoxy paint.
