The Jayco Supreme Letter Locker is the largest mailbox in the Letter Locker line. It is built for homeowners who travel or who want a secure place for mail and small to medium packages. Each box is hand welded and assembled in the USA and made to order in the material, lock level and access side you choose.

Installation

The Supreme Letter Locker mounts on a post. Surface mount posts come with a base plate and a top plate and bolt onto existing concrete; mounting bolts are included. In-ground posts are longer, come with a top plate only and are set directly in the ground with a concrete pour, like a fence post. See our installation guides. Shipping and returns

• Built to order and shipped direct from Jayco in California, usually within 2 to 3 weeks. A $70.00 UPS large package fee is included in the shipping charge. Tracking is emailed when it ships.
• Each Supreme Letter Locker is made to order, so it cannot be returned, and the order cannot be canceled once manufacturing starts. Please check your choices and spelling before you order.
• Open and inspect everything on delivery. Report damage or missing parts within 48 hours.

Frequently asked questions

Will packages fit in the Supreme Letter Locker?

The incoming mail and package drop is 7-3/4" high by 10-3/4" wide, with a rotating hopper door. It is the largest Letter Locker drop and is sized for small to medium packages.

Is it USPS approved?

Yes. It is listed as meeting USPS Standard 7C with the standard 2" high incoming slot. The optional smaller slot heights are listed as not USPS approved. Check with your local postmaster before installing.

Is a post included?

No, the mailbox ships without a post. You can add one in the post options: a 30" surface mount post for existing concrete (base plate, top plate and mounting bolts included), or a 48" or 60" in-ground post that is set in a concrete pour. Posts come in aluminum or stainless steel.

Which material should I choose?

Galvanneal steel (14 gauge) is the standard choice. Aluminum (.080") resists rust in damp climates. Heavy duty steel (10 gauge) is for high-crime areas. Stainless steel (14 gauge, #4 brushed) is the most rust resistant and suits very damp or freezing climates.

What is the difference between the four lock levels?

Level 1 is a USPS 5-pin cylinder lock with a 3/16" stainless steel hook cam. Level 2 adds a Medeco deadbolt and an upgraded door. Level 3 adds the patented Claw Locking Mechanism and a door made of two pressed 14 gauge plates. Level 4 combines the Medeco deadbolt with the Claw lock.

How long until it ships, and can I return it?

Each Supreme Letter Locker is built to order and ships from California, usually in 2 to 3 weeks. Because it is made to order, it cannot be returned or canceled once manufacturing starts.
