Installation
The mailbox can be mounted on posts and in columns, masonry or walls. Several roadside mailboxes can share a 2-sided deluxe post or a standard pedestal with spreaders. Optional accessories, sold separately: spreaders (2-wide, 3-wide, 4-wide), newspaper holder, custom engraved placards, custom vinyl numbers and letters, non-locking thumb latches and a replacement red signal flag. Email us at customercare@mailboxempire.com to ask about availability.
Shipping and returns
- Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and ship direct from the manufacturer. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
- Returns: request within 30 days of delivery and get an RGA number first. The item must be unused, not assembled or installed, and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies, and you pay return shipping.
