The Mail Boss Mail Manager is a locking curbside mailbox for homeowners who want to stop mail theft without paying for a larger package box. Mail and small packages drop in through a baffle door that stops fishing, and only your key opens the retrieval door. This listing is the mailbox only. Add a Mail Boss post or mount it on a post you already have.

Installation
The Mail Manager bolts to Mail Boss posts using its universal hole pattern. Planning to reuse a wood post? Shipping and returns
- Free shipping.
- Ships direct from the manufacturer in Washington State, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Tracking is emailed when it ships.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Request a return first to get an RGA number.
- Items must be unused, not assembled, installed or modified, and in all original packaging. You pay return shipping.
- Restocking fee: 20% residential, 25% commercial or bulk orders (5+ items).
- Report shipping damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery.

Warranty

Frequently asked questions
Does it come with a post?
No, this is the mailbox only. You can add a Mail Boss in-ground post or a surface mount post with base plate, or buy one of our Mail Manager and post packages.
Will packages fit?
Small ones. The incoming door takes items up to 3.5" high and 10.2" wide, such as mail bundles, prescriptions and magazines. For larger parcels, see the Package Master.
Is it USPS approved?
Yes. It is USPS approved for curbside delivery (Standard 7C). Check with your local postmaster before installing.
Can I mount it on my existing wood post?
It has a universal hole pattern and bolts directly to Mail Boss posts. For a wood post, email us at customercare@mailboxempire.com before ordering so we can confirm the right mounting parts.
How many keys does it come with?
3 keys. If you need a replacement later, the key number is stamped on the key.
Can I get rear access?
Not on this model. Rear access is available on the Mail Manager Street Safe, and front and rear access on the Street Safe Latitude.
