Installation
The plant hanger attaches to the Balmoral post with the included hardware. Follow the instructions in the box.
Shipping and returns
- Free shipping.
- Ships from Michigan, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Tracking is emailed when it ships.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Request a return first to get an RGA number.
- The item must be unused, not assembled, installed or modified, and in its original packaging.
- The customer pays return shipping. A 20% restocking fee applies to residential orders and 25% to commercial or bulk returns (5 or more items).
- Report damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. If your order arrives by LTL freight, note any damage on the bill of lading (BOL) before you sign.

Warranty
Whitehall Products will repair or replace the mailbox or post, at Whitehall's discretion, if it is found defective in material or workmanship. The warranty applies to the original homeowner and does not cover misuse, accidents, improper mounting, road salt or debris, vandalism or extreme environmental conditions. Proof of purchase and a photo of the defect are required. See warranty details.
