The mailbox mounts to a post (sold separately) with the included hardware, and the plaques attach to the mailbox. Warranty
Whitehall Products will repair or replace a Whitehall mailbox or post, at its discretion, if it is found defective in material or workmanship. The warranty covers the original homeowner and needs proof of purchase and a photo of the defect. It does not cover misuse, accidents, improper mounting, road salt or chemicals, vandalism or extreme weather. Read the Whitehall warranty (PDF).
