The Mayne No-Dig Ground Anchor is a faster, cleaner way to set a mail post. You twist it into the ground instead of digging a hole and mixing concrete, then bolt on a standard 4x4 wood post.

Installation

Pick your spot, check for buried utilities (call 811), then twist the anchor into the ground using the rebar as a handle. Set your 4x4 post in the anchor, check it is level and at the right height, and fasten it with the 5 lag bolts. Our guide How to install a mailbox covers mailbox height and placement. No. You twist the anchor into the ground, so there is no hole to dig and no concrete to mix.

Does it come with a post?

No. It holds a standard 4x4 wood post, which you supply. The kit includes 5 lag bolts to fasten the post.
